With expansive decks, ocean and sound views, a private saltwater pool, hot tub, an elevator, additonal sitting area, and nearby beach access, this coastal getaway offers plenty of room for families and groups to relax and enjoy their time at the beach.

The first level features an additional sitting room and lounge area, providing a comfortable space to play games, visit, or unwind after a day outdoors. This level also includes one bedroom with a king bed and one full (private) bathroom.

On the second level, you'll find three additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with two twin beds, and one with two queen beds. Two full bathrooms and a half bathroom are located off the hallway and a washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience.

The third level serves as the heart of the home, with an open layout connecting the well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. Whether you're preparing meals, sharing dinner, or relaxing together, this inviting space makes it easy to spend time with family and friends. The primary bedroom, featuring a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom, is also located on this level.
