Exciting changes are coming to The Sandbar! This single-family oceanside home, located just one lot from the ocean, is scheduled for a major renovation and expansion, with completion anticipated in Spring 2027.

Planned improvements include two additional King bedrooms and a shared full bathroom on the top level, new flooring and carpet throughout, a redesigned kitchen, and renovations to all bathrooms.

Upon completion, The Sandbar will feature 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 14 guests!

Please Note: These renovations and additions have not yet been completed. The home currently reflects its existing layout and features. The description below outlines the planned accommodations and improvements expected for Spring 2027. Construction plans and completion dates are subject to change.

Located just one lot from the ocean, The Sandbar offers ocean views, direct beach access, and a private chlorine pool (unheated). Its inverted floor plan places the main living area on the top level to maximize ocean views.

Central air, heating, and ceiling fans provide year-round comfort. For entertainment, the home features Wi-Fi and Smart TVs with YouTube TV provided.

TOP LEVEL – MAIN LIVING AREA

The open-concept living area is the perfect place for the whole crew to gather while enjoying the ocean scenery. New flooring and a redesigned kitchen are planned as part of the upcoming renovations.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is scheduled for a complete remodel and will feature stainless steel appliances, including:

• Refrigerator

• Dishwasher

• Stove

• Microwave

A breakfast bar provides a great spot for morning coffee.

Dining Area: The dining table seats 8–10, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

Great Room: Designed for gathering, the great room centers around a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Relax after a day at the beach, whether you're enjoying a family game night or a quiet movie night. Step through the sliding glass doors to the furnished deck and enjoy the ocean views.

Bedroom 4: Queen bed with Smart TV, private full bathroom with stand-up shower, and private deck access. Bathroom renovations are planned.

Bedrooms 5 & 6 – NEW ADDITION: Two additional King bedrooms, each with a Smart TV, are planned for the top level. Both bedrooms will share a brand-new full bathroom.

MIDDLE LEVEL

The middle level is scheduled to receive new flooring and bathroom renovations.

Primary Suite (Bedroom 1): King bed and private sitting area with two armchairs, perfect for a quiet morning coffee. The private bathroom features double sinks and a separate shower.

Bedroom 2: Two Double beds, Smart TV, and private deck access.

Bedroom 3: Two Single beds and Smart TV.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full hall bathroom with tub/shower.

Laundry Nook: Stackable washer and dryer, plus iron and ironing board.

GROUND/ENTRY LEVEL

Foyer/TV Room: Seating area with Smart TV and small refrigerator.

OUTDOORS

Enjoy the home's outdoor amenities, including:

• 12x20 private chlorine pool (unheated)

• Enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower (planned replacement with a new, larger shower)

• Gas grill

• Carport parking

• Bikes, boogie boards, pool floats, and beach toys

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Rental Details: Rents Saturday to Saturday. Flexible stays available.

Linens Provided: All-in-One Linen Package (Fresh Linens, Comforters, Bath & Kitchen Towels, with beds made upon arrival).

Dog-Friendly: $250 non-refundable fee per dog (2 dogs max).

No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted.
